Cooking Classes

Ripe and Roasted aims to empower you in your cooking so you can learn the art of developing flavor and creating winning dishes. We offer cooking classes for all interests and skill levels.

Ripe and Roasted’s classic classes will teach you skills that will carry over into all areas of cooking. In our cook, eat, live courses, our passion for food and dietetics overlap to teach you how to cook in a way that is both nutritious and delightful. Our seasonal classes will teach you how to make the most out of the food of every time of year. Our ethnic classes will teach you strategies for cooking food from all over the world.

We also provide custom courses for you to tailor your learning to your specific needs and areas of interest.


Cooking Class Information

All of our cooking classes are suited to your needs and wants. The cost of all classes includes the ingredients for the class, and customers are welcome to keep any leftovers from the class.

When you register for a class, we will contact you to plan a time for the class. We are happy to host the class at your home so you can learn in an environment that is comfortable for you. The preferred payment method is a check given at the start of the class. Classes are generally between two and three hours in length, and no extra charge is added for a class running long.

The cost of each cooking class is posted on its page, but a discount is given for large groups. For groups of five people or more, a 10% discount is given for each person’s class fee. Also a 10% discount is provided to all U.S. military, police, and fire and rescue members and veterans.
