Description

There was just a hint of snow left in the front bed when the daffodils first poked their leaves up through the ground. It had been a dreary spring, making the emergence of these cheerful yellow  flowers all the more welcome. There’s something about these early flowers of spring. The contrast of the yellows against the gray and brown of the season. I can’t get enough of them. Whether in my yard or in a vase on my table, they make me happy every time I look at them.
