About the Product

All of our artwork is created in-house from creation to printing with the highest quality in mind. We scan our original watercolor artwork at a 300-400 dpi on a high-quality Epson scanner. We also work to ensure high quality of printing on both cards and art prints, but slight variations may occur. Note that the images on the computer screen may look slightly different than the printed work. We produce all of our work in our space with our own two hands, and we are proud to offer you high quality printed art.

Card Materials: Heavyweight matte stock and Canon ChromaLife Ink

Art Print Materials: Printed in-house with Canon ChromaLife Ink on smooth matte Epson ultra premium presentation paper with 10.3 mil thickness and a 192 gsm basis weight.

Shipping

Art Print Packaging: 8″x10″ and 11″x14″ are backed with a 22pt sheet, placed inside a clear cello sleeve, and sent in a flat rigid fiberboard photo and document mailer. The 12″x16.5″ print will be sent in a durable cardboard mailing tube. Please feel free to reach out for alternative shipping methods.

All orders will be prepared and shipped as soon as we are able, generally between 3-5 days. We will ship all packages via USPS, and within the US, packages can take from around 2-12 days to receive. We appreciate your understanding as we package and ship your products with care and love.

If you are outside the US, international shipping may take longer and will vary by carrier and country.

We run a small business, so if we happen to be out of town for a holiday, we will post a store notice banner on the shop page, and note that shipping times may be delayed at that time.

Refund Policy:

We are happy to accommodate returns as needed. We want you to be fully satisfied with our work. Also, if a product comes to you in a damaged condition, please reach out and we will replace the item for you. Please email a picture of the damaged product to cami@ripeandroasted.com, and I will replace this item as soon as inventory can allow it.

If you desire a return of an item for any other reason, please reach out to cami@ripeandroasted.com or call 720-587-9756 within 14 days of receiving the item. Anytime after this point, all sales are final.

Can I send an order as a gift?

Yes, of course! We would love to package your item as a gift. If you wish to do this, simply leave a comment at check-out with the following:

  • Recipient’s name
  • Sender’s name
  • Optional note for the recipient
